Perfect vanilla cupcakes

Instructions
  1. 1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  2. 2. Stir in the butter and sugar until fluffy in kitchen equipment (use only low-medium speed all the way through). If using vanilla seeds must be in the mix here.
  3. 3. Add one egg at a time. Pipes from and remember to scrape the walls.
  4. 4. Add the flour mixture with the cream and vanilla essence, if this is used. The piping to the right is mixed, but not more than that.
  5. 5. Put the dough into the molds and bake for 30-35 min. at 170C.
  6. 6. When they are baked, some have a "crack" at the top. If this is the case one can push down on the cupcaken with the back of a spoon, immediately after they are removed from the oven.
