Halloween Ghosts
  1. Whip 3 egg whites (1 dl) and 150 grams of sugar until foamy over water.
  2. Beat until the mixture thickens and firmly.
  3. Place the dough in a pastry bag and a set of 12 tips on wax paper on a Baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the middle of the furnace at 100 to 115 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Cool on a Wire rack.
  6. Melt 1 plate dark chocolate into small pieces into the bowl over hot water bath
  7. Decorate your ghosts
