  1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
  2. Add the margarine and sour milk
  3. Sift and stir the flour, baking powder, ginger, cloves and cinnamon in the dough
  4. Put the dough in a large baking pan with baking paper
  5. Bake 15 minutes in the middle of 200 degree preheated oven (convection 180 degrees)

  7. Cut or press out circles of different sizes (use Plates and glasses as templates)
  8. Stacking the circles on top of each other with the largest at the bottom
  9. Decorate the cake with a dusting of icing sugar and chocolate buttons that are attached with frosting
