  1. whip at low speed sugar, brown sugar and butter into a homogeneous mass.
  2. Add the eggs and whisk again.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in another bowl.
  4. Add the flour mixture a little at a time while stirring / whisking on low speed.
  5. Turn the last chocolate in the batter and mix well.
  6. Place the dough in the fridge min. 1 hour - like the day after.
  7. Divide the dough into 70g pieces and roll them into balls.
  8. Put the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper - it must be good distance between them.
  9. On an ordinary baking sheet may be 8 pieces.
  10. Bake cookies in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 16 minutes (15 min = slightly soft, 16 min = Regular, 17 min = crispy)
  11. Take the cookies out and put them with wax paper onto a wire rack.
  12. Cool 15 minutes.
  13. Remove the cookies from the baking paper and let them cool completely on the baking stone.
  14. Store in airtight box

Chocolate can be replaced with dried berries or nuts.
